The Cuban people are enduring severe hardships, with many facing extreme poverty and government oppression. In response, a growing number are risking their lives to flee the island in search of freedom and a better life. This mass exodus reflects the dire conditions that have pushed countless Cubans to seek refuge in the United States, where they hope to escape the tyranny and deprivation of their homeland.

The Cuban Heritage Foundation plays a crucial role in supporting these newly arrived individuals, providing them with the resources, guidance, and community connections needed to rebuild their lives and achieve the freedom and opportunity they have long been denied.



A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT

The Cuban Heritage Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2013 by Maria T. Caminero and Sixto M Pedroso Baró. Our mission is to preserve and promote our culture through education, community outreach events, art, history and literature.

It is our goal to create an alliance with other cultural organizations that are interested in sharing the values and goals of the foundation. From poetry, music to arts we strive to promote a positive image of Cuba and its people in exile and those inside the island. Our foundation strives to educate our members on business, community impact and how their decisions effect their neighborhoods.
